JSU President John M. Beehler presented graduates their degrees during three ceremonies, accompanied by Provost Rebecca O. Turner and Vice Provost Joe Walsh, as follows:

Morning Ceremony:

  • School of Business and Industry - Dean William T. Fielding
  • School of Health Professions and Wellness - Dean Christie Shelton

Student vocalist Rebecca Blancher sang the National Anthem, Dr. Ken Bodiford led a JSU Chamber Winds performance, graduate Joseph Hooks delivered the student address, Susie Pinkard ('86) gave the alumni address, and graduate Brett Langston served as bell ringer.

Afternoon Ceremony:

  • School of Human Services and Social Sciences - Dean Maureen Newton
  • School of Science - Dean Timothy Lindblom

Student vocalist Demi VanderWerff sang the National Anthem, Jeremy Stovall led a JSU Symphonic Band performance, graduating SGA President Jesslan Sharp delivered the student address, Wayne Barger ('94 and '96) gave the alumni address, and graduate Alec S. Young served as bell ringer.

Student vocalist Jessica Hill sang the National Anthem, Clint Gillespie led a JSU Wind Ensemble performance, graduate Leah Thacker delivered the student address, Autumn Brown ('12) gave the alumni address, and graduate Ashley M. Toney served as bell ringer.
